I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the high level of service and support provided in the lead up to the International Education Forum 2006. I would like to especially acknowledge Julie Winterbottom. There are many adjectives which I could use to describe Julie - among them are prompt, reliable, knowledgeable, flexible and professional.
