2005-2006-Fox Television appointed Ian as the anchor, for its Award winning documentary series, Running On Empty - an investigation into Australia's Water Crisis. His incisive reporting shaped Government decisions on major environmental decisions, such as desalination.

He is also the face of the Australia Automotive Dealers National Convention, the peak retail body of the Automotive Industry, Chair of the Australian Pharmacy Guild's Annual Forum and Chair of the DSTi International Media Round Table...an analysis of IT issues affecting the Financial Services Industry.
