Kathy Rozmeta

Kathy maintains a strong relationship with Coca-Cola Amatil where for the previous nine years she was the National and Global Manager for Learning and Development. In this role, Kathy led all aspects of learning and development and in particular leadership and management development, at one stage across eighteen countries in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to that Kathy was Chief Manager, Global Training and Development for the ANZ Banking Group.

Before her fifteen years in private enterprise, Kathy worked in the public sector in Staff development, Education and Equal Opportunity. Her career has centred on education and organisational change with a strong leaning to leadership, management and organisational development. Her public sector experience spanned Universities, Statutory authorities and government departments.

Kathy has a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She won MBA Graduate of the Year and awarded by the Australian Institute of Management Consultants following University nomination, for her contribution to the quality of Australian management. She has also won awards for her scripting and production of educational videos.
