Michael Dayes

At the age of eighteen, an event changed Michael Dayes's life forever: He endured a high speed, ski racing fall. One week later, the leading specialist informed Michael that it was likely his right arm would remain paralysed and painful, for the rest of his life.

Months after this devastating news, Michael commenced his diverse coaching and counselling career. At this time, he launched into a program of education that would have him receive extensive training in numerous related fields -- and study over one thousand books in the areas of personal, psychological, physiological, spiritual and business development.

Over the last fourteen years, Michael has been employed as a coach, counsellor and speaker by individuals and organisations wanting to make positive changes and improve performance. He has worked in such diverse areas from healing chronic disorders and helping couple's improve relationships through to coaching executives looking to improve business performance and world as well as national champion athletes in a diverse range of sports.

Whilst he has received extensive training in numerous related disciplines, Michael specialises in using systems thinking and his strong intuition to detect the critical points that, when addressed, creates maximum positive change within the system. That's irrespective of whether the system is a performance in a specific area, healing related, an individual's life, or the relationship between two parties.

He has received multiple awards for his work and was titled Male Ambassador for his district shire.

Michael's commercial experience has seen him build two highly successful businesses that have both placed at the top of independent profitability studies.
