Keynote
This is a fun, interactive session that uses martial arts as a practical method of presenting and reinforcing the key success messages that are most important to your organisation. The session demonstrates that having fun and being successful can and do go hand in hand. Martial Arts is used as a visual and interactive tool to reinforce your key messages.

The keynote contains all the key messages that you want your delegates to take away with them. Finally, these messages are reinforced by the uplifting and energising "board breaking" exercise that demonstrates a willingness to take action and proves each of us is capable of great achievement - provided we have the will to succeed.

By using the analogy of the martial arts system, where acquiring each successive "belt" is a tangible way to see your goals come to fruition, this session provides a practical way to illustrate a number of key messages about the way teams and organisations can best work together towards success, including:
  • Being consistent

  • Developing the right mental attitude

  • Working together

  • Giving feedback and praise

  • Not taking others for granted

  • Focusing on solutions, not problems

  • Focusing on opportunities, not difficulties

  • Starting with what you can do

  • Having a game plan

  • Continual improvement

  • Creating positive and sustainable change

  • Workshop 1
This customised, facilitated workshop will challenge your people to rethink what it means to win. It provides a framework for building common definitions, working towards shared goals, communicating effectively, and understanding how we rely on and impact each other as a team. Participants will learn to set goals based on "what's important now" for themselves, their team, your organisation and your customers. As a result of this presentation, your team will be empowered to move beyond any self-limiting beliefs and to understand how they can truly contribute to the achievement of your organisation's goals.

This program is ideal for organisations undergoing large-scale change that need teams to "form, norm, storm and perform" quickly and effectively to achieve their goals.

    Workshop 2
Generating involvement, accountability, pride, proactivity and innovation. Every business faces a range of challenges that its people are expected to meet. These include:
    Coping with growth
    Communicating effectively
    Working as a team
    Planning for succession, and
    Embracing change.

Whilst we can't change what happened yesterday, each individual can make the commitment to moving forward with clear, specific goals. This customised, facilitated workshop challenges your people to choose to be "part of the solution" and to work towards achieving positive, sustainable change within your organisation, within their teams, and in their personal lives.

A key theme is that "life is what you make it" and that our present behaviour - plus what we choose to put into our system - equals future performance. Move beyond any self-limiting beliefs and fully contribute to the achievement of your organisation Client Ovations: Peter's enthusiastic and passionate approach in presenting his motivational topic is contagious and was enjoyed by all who were present. It is refreshing to find a person who is totally committed to his craft, can express himself well and is a nice guy.
