Vernon Cresswell

Vernon Cresswell is well-known and respected in the financial services industry. His regular column Smart Money ran in the Sunday Times newspaper for over a decade and was always considered to be topical and interesting. Vernon has enjoyed an illustrious career in the financial services and wealth management industries.

Gaining valuable experience in business, he and a few colleagues built their own wealth/financial planning practice, which was later sold to a large corporate. More recently, he and his team successfully established a Private Bank for a major bank in South Africa.

After remaining in this position for a period of time, the urge for Vernon to take up a new and exciting challenge was too great - resulting in him devising and developing a presentation enabled to assist others in the corporate environment to reach their own levels of true success when working as a team.

He is now a full time profesional speaker, focussing specifically on applying the lessons we find in nature to our everyday business and personal lives. Raised in Mpumalanga, South Africa, Vernon was introduced to the wonders of nature at a very early age. His keen interest in nature has resulted in him successfully completing a number of nature-related qualifications.

His on-the-job experience in corporate SA and business in general for the past 20 years, coupled with his strong inter-personal skills and in-depth understanding of nature makes him a truly unique individual when it comes to understanding the intricacies of team dynamics - whether in our business or family lives.
